Our training programmes equip parents, carers, and personal assistants with the essential skills and confidence needed to identify and prevent escalating behaviours and crisis situations, and to proactively support children, young people and adults with behaviours that challenging ensuring positive outcomes both inside and outside the home.
With our positive approach to behaviour is evidence-based learning with a focus on preventative strategies. We teach several parents, foster parents and carers which can be transferred to other care settings. During moments of crisis, working within a clearly defined framework for positive behavioural support ensures best practices and fosters collaboration between governing bodies, parents/carers, and personal assistants.
Our primary goal is to develop communication skills and strategies that boost confidence and help create a positive safe environment, enabling both parents, carers and the supported person improve relationship and outcomes.
