We provide training to help manage conflict and violence that may occur across the retail and hospitality sectors. We train staff how to safely manage customers who may express challenging and/or concerning behaviours, verbally and physically.

Customer conflict can be diffused and/or de-escalated by equipping staff with a range of evidence-based strategies to promote risk reduction and safety for staff and customers alike.
