Respectful Restrictive Engagement Training
Respectful, Restrictive Engagement (RRE) training follows on from our Rational Engagements with Disengagements (RED) programme and is applicable for medium – high risk environments that have a need for safe, last resort restrictive interventions which are in line with the latest best practice standards.
We are proud that our Respectful Restrictive Engagement training is in the process of being certified by Bild ACT (to exhibit compliance with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards).

Restrictive and non-restrictive techniques for seated, standing and transitional situations
High emphasis on rational and professional response
The frameworks we teach for de-escalation and intervention will empower staff to safely support and manage behaviours of concern, with emphasis on minimising the need for physical interventions and so promoting a culture focusing on restraint reduction and rational engagement which help to inspire a culture of care.
